The 'Deutsche Handwerks Zeitung' (Holzmann Medien) is the biggest publication in the economic sector of medium-sized trade businesses in Germany. It is an official communication organ of 24 Chambers of Trade and the 'Handwerkstag Baden-Württemberg'. It informs more than 460 000 trade businesses, as well as small- and medium-sized businesses in Germany about the current economic-political, fiscal and socio-political developments.
Businesses in the federal states Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Bremen, Hesse, Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt are informed competently and detailed about the section „business management” in the fields law and taxes, business studies, technology and modern trade. Correspondents and editors in Brussels and Berlin increase the sphere of the newspaper and inform the reader about relevant developments in the sector of medium-sized companies.
Regularly decision makers from politics and economy are interviewed and contribute to analyses. The editorial department places emphasis on background and documentation with specials about economic-political and fiscal focus points.
The DHZ sets its main focus on the value and usefulness of the information for the reader and businessman. Further editorial specials are the quarterly published analysis of the economic situation for the trade, DHZ-focuses regarding business and technological sectors, as well as editorial supplements for practical special topics.
