The preset five work flow steps optimally support the work even in bigger teams with many editors. With the admin-tool the work flow steps can be adjusted to the own requirements. The number of steps can be reduced or increased.
The internal communication between the editors, for example for revisions or other messages, is supported by the integrated messaging-system and the integrated Business Process Management System. It does not matter where the communication partner is located, allowing for global teamwork.
