Access rights

The contents rights of the users can be looked up and changed in a matrix. Groups can be defined, to which employees can be assigned as members. The effective user rights result from the individual user rights and from those of the group membership.

InterRed provides in the content section the rights „Read”, „Create”, „Edit”, „Delete” and „Change work flow status”. These can be defined for each content type on each work flow step.

The four-dimensional approach of the rights definition makes the administration of the access rights simple, effective and efficient.
