Alerters: shorter reaction times
Different kinds of alerters support the RhoLive users in reacting faster to marginal conditions:
1.) Administration-alerters:
It alerts the administrator via e-mail or SMS (if a SMS-service is installed), when a technical problem (software or hardware) is discovered in the involved components.
2.) Surfer-alerters:
It informs RhoLive-users about the website visit of predefined visitor-groups. For identifying them a 'contains'-search is used. For example, if 'bank' is entered as a name, the system sends a mail, when the site is entered by somebody of deutsche-bank.de, volksbank.de, dresdner-bank.de, etc.
3.) Referer-alerters:
It send a mail to defined Rho-Live user, when visitors enter the website through special external websites.
The scope of application for the alerters is multifaceted. It supports the system-administration and laborious monitoring can often be cut down. Furthermore, alerters can support the identification of target-groups, the checking of the efficiency of banner ads, the managing of special offers and much more.
